I am NNA certified, have a background check, loan signing system certified, completed over 1000 closings, have errors & omissions coverage of one million dollars, and have dual tray printing and scanning capabilities. I have experience successfully closing hundreds of refinances, reverse mortgages, sellers packets, purchases, HELOC's, first & second mortgages, construction loans and loan modifications. I work directly with several local title companies and law firms and I do great work for them. I am a former teacher so I am familiar with how to instruct others on how to follow directions. I am a very detailed, organized and customer service oriented person. When conducting a loan closing I always make sure the borrower knows what they are signing by guiding them through each loan document so that they understand what they are signing.
